RAIT’s asset management capabilities support all of our business initiatives. We utilize our in-house asset and property management capabilities to effectively and efficiently manage our assets as well as third party real estate assets. As of December 31, 2012, we managed approximately $1.0 billion of commercial real estate loans, $1.0 billion of commercial real estate properties and $1.6 billion of US real estate debt.
